Maple Mart delivers throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Please refer to our ‘Delivery Details’ page for more information on our delivery zones and times. If you reside outside of the GTA, and would like to purchase Maple Mart products, please contact us for more information and we will do our best to accommodate.

We deliver Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.  Feel free to let us know which day or time works best for you and we can do our best to accommodate. On the day of delivery, you will be informed via phone call or text message.

Orders under $99 will be delivered for a charge of $9.99. Delivery is free on any order over $99! For any orders outside of the GTA, please contact us for more details as delivery fees are subject to change.

Feel free to contact one of our dedicated help center employees through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, phone, or email to get assistance as soon as possible. Any messages received on weekends or holidays will be answered on the next business day.

If you would like to return a product, please follow the guidelines listed below and email our customer service department . Please note, we only accept returns under the following conditions:                 

• All merchandise must be in the original carton with all packaging intact, unmarked and in new condition.

• All merchandise must be returned within 3 business days of the receiving date
