NO FRILLS OR HIDDEN CHARGES

Orders are delivered between 9 am – 5 pm within 5 days around GTA . For locations outside of GTA, Orders may take from 4 to 8 days to be delivered. A customer service representative will contact the customer within 48 hours of placing the order to confirm delivery plans for your order. 

Some select items cannot be shipped to the United States eg:- glass jar products, in such case, a refund will be issued for any such product in the order and the customer will be notified before processing the refund. 

We currently only offer Pick Up options for all Frozen orders.

  • Delivery fee $24.99 ($19 USD )

Tracking & Delivery

Within 48 hours of placing your order, A customer service representative will contact you to confirm delivery plans for your order if the order includes any frozen food. Your delivery preferences selected at checkout will be taken into consideration and an appropriate time and delivery date will be assigned to your order.  For orders fulfilled outside of GTA and the United States, customers will receive an order tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please note that maple mart cannot be held liable for any damages caused to the products during transit.
